Do you over commit on a regular basis?  Say yes, when you want to say no?    Take responsibility for other people's problems?  Are you a people pleaser?

Some clues that you've crossed over that line may include some combination of stress, overwhelm, and resentment. Ultimately you wind up in fight or flight mode, angry all the time or wanting to run away. Depression may set in maybe in the form of panic attacks or extreme fatigue.  Any of this sound familiar?  No worries.  It is all recoverable simply by developing the skill of delivering "Quality No's."
