EXHIBITOR DETAILS

SPACE SIZE/COST
Space will be about 6’ X 6’ with a 2 foot round table provided (limited number of spaces) for only $195. Limited electrical access will be available for an extra $10. If requesting electricity, please bring a 25’ heavy-duty extension cord. We have gone with the tall rounds as a way of making this event more about making real connections with potential customers/clients, rather than a trade show.

SET-UP
Setup begins at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 13, 2011, and must be completed no later than 3:45 p.m.

EXHIBITOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Exhibitors are responsible for their own Michigan sales tax and may conduct their own drawing, if they wish to do so.

LIABILITY
Exhibitors accept full responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to persons or property that may be sustained while on said property. WMC Events, it's partners and property owners. We will exercise every possible care and precaution, but will assume no responsibility whatsoever for any property in the exhibit hall or on the premises.

TABLE RESERVATION
By paying for your table you accept the above terms for Liability and abide by set up and tear down rules.  Please add exhibitor table and any extras you require to shopping cart.

Payment of $195.00 must be made by April 1, 2011 to reserve your table. After April 1, 2011 exhibitors will be billed $250.00 for a table, but only if space is available.
